1. SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
All our orders are shipped directly from the manufacturer, depending on the warehouse location we use various shipping methods to deliver your order on time.
Shipping from our warehouse in SPAIN ONLY to SPAIN*: 2 – 10 days.
*Due to tax legislations we are not able to send products from our warehouse in Spain outside of Spain. Only order from our warehouse in Spain if you have a Spanish address for delivery.
Shipping from our warehouse in ASIA to EUROPE/USA: 10 – 28 days.
All orders are shipped with a tracking number, FREE SHIPPING on orders above €15+.
2. ORDER STATUS & TRACKING
All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2 working days upon confirmation of payment, from our warehouse. This could vary with circumstances such as online security checks, shipping restrictions, payment authorisation, packing and dispatching of order. An email confirmation will be sent for all orders once received.
There are 2 delivery options available, Standard Tracked Shipping and Free Shipping:
Free Shipping – is available free of charge for orders who meet our €15 minimum spend.
Standard Tracked Shipping – is available at an additional charge of €3 for orders who do not meet our minimum spend of €15 for FREE SHIPPING.
Once the order has been dispatched, an email confirmation will be sent to you with the tracking number. You may check and track the delivery status of your orders with our local logistics partner, with your 6-digit Order Number. There will be an additional charge for re-delivery should nobody be present to receive the package. Please provide your contact number under the address selected upon checkout in order for the courier company to contact you in case of any unforeseen circumstances.
3. TAXES, DUTIES & TARIFFS
For all international orders, you will need to pay for all import taxes, duties and tariffs (if any) as per your country’s governing laws in order to clear customs.

We also accept Bancontact in Belgium, iDeal in the Netherlands and Giropay in Germany. For customers who prefer a bank transfer please follow the steps at check-out.
